My name is Swinta Majoor and I am a qualified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Trainer. I get great satisfaction of seeing the amazing results that my clients achieve just by making small lifestyle changes. My passion is to motivate and encourage people to achieve their health & wellness goals, no matter how small the goal may seem.
Working towards your goals on an individual basis or in a group environment is my specialty. I truly care about all of my clients and what goals they are working towards.
I myself was once over 110kg with 53% body fat (size 24) and through nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes I lost over 35kg and 25% body fat (size 16) in 18 months. This is why I know where most people are coming from and what it takes to achieve your goals. I am lucky to love what I do for a living and enjoy the fact that I can help people feel fitter, stronger and enjoy a better quality of life.
