Making healthy lifestyle changes is a process that's both mental and physical. There are no gimmicks or get-skinny-quick schemes here — we're talking about fitness for life! You're going to have to tackle three hurdles before you can finally get fit: you need to get support, eat right and exercise!
I can give you help with all 3 hurdles that are bound to get in the way on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Some days are going to be easier than others and the hard days are going to be the ones that move you closer to your goal.
I can keep you motivated, help you with your nutrition and provide you with a personalised exercise plan tailored to suit your goals. Think of me as your lifestyle coach that is available to you 24/7.
The Lifestyle Program includes:
- Health & Wellness analysis
- Goal setting
- Online access to your Personal Trainer
- Nutritional Guidance
- Personalised Exercise Plan

- A One-on-One Training Session
Fees and Services
The initial cost for the Lifestyle Program is $129. Thereafter a $70 charge applies to review and update your program.
Additional One-on-one Training sessions are charged at $70 per hour or $40 per half hour. Concession rates available for 10 sessions.
Personal Training sessions can be done outdoors, in the privacy of your own home (Auckland Central / South Auckland) or at Fitness Plus in Manurewa.
